Border Crossing
between Armenia and Artsakh
ARTsakh Fest (https://en-gb.facebook.com/artsakhfest/), organised by the ICA in
Yerevan, is a contemporary art festival which took place at the old
Drama Theatre building in Stepanakert, the capital of the Republic of
Artsakh (formerly known as Nagorno-Karabakh Republic).
Together with collaborateur, colleague
and cultural practitioner Agnieszka Dragon from Suwalki (Poland)
Plattformer was invited to present their work and together organise a
public exploratory walk as part of the festival programme.
Thanks to the The European Cultural
Foundation's STEP travel grant Nina Scholz was able to travel to Yerevan
and Stepanakert and represent Plattformer at the pilot edition of the
festival beginning of October 2018.
